I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2005 and specialize in perinatal massage and abdominal massage for digestive and reproductive health. I am a graduate of UConn with a BA in English, and I hold a Masters in Education from the American College of Education with a focus in Adult Education. I am a member of, and an active volunteer with, the American Massage Therapy Association. 

Outside of the office, I teach massage in an associate degree program, I am a health coach, I love teaching color guard, I am a SCUBA divemaster, and I volunteer with my children's schools' PTOs. I have a wonderful husband, two cats, and two children who challenge me (in a good way) every day.
